PACE Project helps SEND families find local provision, support and opportunities.
If you provide services, activities, education, therapy, tutoring, outdoor learning or post-16 pathways for SEND children and young people, you may be able to be listed or featured.
Why PACE exists
Many parents struggle to find clear information about what support exists locally.
They may not know:
- who supports children with similar needs
- whether they can self-refer
- whether school or local authority referral is needed
- whether parent-funded sessions are available
- what age range is supported
- what questions to ask before enquiring
- whether the setting may suit their child
PACE Project aims to make this clearer.
Ways providers can work with PACE
Free basic listing
A basic listing may include your organisation name, location, website and type of provision.
Enhanced profile
An enhanced profile gives families more information about what you offer, who you support and how to enquire.
Provider Spotlight
A PACE Provider Spotlight can include a written feature, interview, photos, video and email feature.
Sponsored resource
You may be able to sponsor a useful parent guide, local SEND opportunities page or email update.
What parents need to know
A strong provider profile should help parents understand:
- who you support
- what age range you work with
- what SEND experience you have
- how sessions work
- how families access you
- whether parents can pay directly
- whether schools or local authorities can refer
- whether you offer trial visits
- what your setting looks and feels like
- what makes your provision different
Commercial ethics
PACE Project aims to remain trusted and parent-centred.
Providers may pay for enhanced visibility, profile creation, spotlight features or sponsorship.
Providers cannot pay to change parent reviews, remove legitimate feedback, improve future scores or influence editorial independence.
