Who it helps

Children and young people aged 3–25 meeting CAAP membership criteria, and their families. Some activities include siblings aged 0–18. CAAP offers free membership to children and young people with a disability or SEND, including those on the assessment pathway. An EHCP or completed diagnosis is not a universal membership requirement. Contact the team if unsure about eligibility.

What is available

SEND family outings and holiday activities; membership and advance booking required.

How to take part

Apply for membership, then use the login supplied to access the private member area and book activities. Relevant ticket options are available for members, siblings, carers and additional adults. Check which family members can attend and the activity cost before booking.

Parents/carers must stay and remain responsible at all activities. Many activities welcome siblings and other family members where possible.

Upcoming activity dates and booking details are kept in the private member area for safeguarding reasons. General activity types can be shared publicly. CAAP also offers a private Facebook group for members to find peer support and help from the team.
