Nine Maidens Alternative Provision Academy
A Wave MAT academy providing alternative education and support to re-engage with learning.
Who it is for
The registered age range is 5–16. Places are for pupils requiring an alternative provision placement. Families should discuss individual SEND needs and the placement criteria with the school and academy.
What is available
Primary and secondary departments provide learning matched to each pupil. Outdoor learning and targeted interventions support engagement, alongside the academic curriculum.
Getting started
Start with the child’s school or the local authority education team. Referrals and placements are agreed through the education system; this is not a drop-in activity.
